Not quite sure what you mean dude...I've already had two iPods and I'm quite happy with them! Under no circumstances would I consider owning anything else. Not sure what the "trouble" is.

Sorry I didn't give any info about MusicMatch Jukebox. I don't use it. I installed it only because I had to in order to get the Apple software onto my PC. I unintalled the MusicMatch portion of the software immediately.
Now that iTunes is out for Windows, that's the route to go. That's what was intended for the iPod and it's a great little piece of software. You'll be able to fully use your iPod with it.

Thank you for the kind words of encouragement and praise. I will contribute to the electronics section as often as possible. My contributions, however, are proportional to my income, since I feel that I can only write reviews of products I own or have used for an appropriate length of time.
