Dealing with Saam and the people at ePhotocraft was the closest I have come online to my old favorite local camera shop. Their customer service is friendly and old-fashioned in terms of empathy and efficiency. I got my stuff ontime and the only lower price I had seen for my Nikon D100 was at some lower-rated stores. I will definitely shop there again! They even take the time to answer posts on the newsgroups, which is nice.
