I bought an expensive engagement ring from Ashford and had a WONDERFUL experience. The rep on the phone would have talked with me all day if I so desired and he was VERY honest...something you won't find in retail jewelry shops. The ring arrived right away and it was more beautiful than I imagined. I was a bit nervous at first ordering an expensive item like this online, but everything was a HUGE success. NEVER pay retail, check out Ashford and other places FIRST!
