Unbelievably Fast Shipping and Great Prices Mean I'll Be Back to Office Depot!

A short while ago it became apparent that I was in desperate need of a new computer chair. I stumbled upon Office Depot looking for a bargain, and found my chair, and so, so much more.
Shopping With Office Depot-
If you have office needs, home office needs, or just plain needs, head to Office Depot.
The selection is massive and can be navigated in a number of ways. Narrow your choices down either by the selection bar at the top of the home page, or by a series of departmental hyperlinks also on the home page.
I started my search by looking at chairs (go figure) and then had to enter my zip code so that local inventory could be tracked. This was a bit of a different feature than I'm used to for shopping.
Once you're in, the category you choose, is broken down into sub-categories. Think everything you ever wanted to know about chairs, chair parts, etc. If you just want plain chairs, whew, they have those too.
A nice feature to speed up your shopping is the ability to view the products as text of thumbnail images. I wanted the thumnail versions, and they loaded surprisingly quickly for the vast number of options.
Details-
The details available for shopping will blow you away. They sort of read like a technical manual, with everything you want to know about dimensions, weights, suggested usage, colors, features, functions, warranty, etc. It's probably the best detailing I've seen. You can also see selected offerings in 3-D view.
-Coordinating or suggested products are also provided for easy selection.
Ordering-
Ordering at Office Depot was a painless affair. I was pleased to see a promo on the front page for free shipping on orders over $50.00. This kept costs down and definitely got me to pick up all kinds of things I needed for home.
Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners Club, and a score of Office Depot cards.
The checkout process is a simple three step process, previewing your choices, creating a login and password, and then billing and shipping information.
Fast and Faster-
The detailed order confirmation was immediate, and sent via e-mail. Contact information for questions was prominently displayed, and Delivery was promised for the next day!
Indeed at 10:00 a.m yesterday, my free delivery/shipping came through and the nice driver brought it all inside and offered to drag it upstairs for me too.
Packaging
The order was packed quite securely in several boxes. I'd even call the packaging excessive, a computer chair mat was fitted into a HUGE cardboard sleeve, and a plastic filing box was in a large cardborad box rather than being loose.
All In All-
The service and delivery were exceptional! Speedy, well packaged and free for orders over $50.00.
The product selection is enormous, and the detailing is the best I've ever come across in online shopping. Pricing was wonderful and well below list (yes I checked around).
I'll never shop another store for office supply needs again.
