I had the older obsolete model to this phone and the upgrade is just so much better. My sister still has the older version, the 3500, and I can't believe I used that phone for so long. I am now spoiled by this new phone.
It has a calender with an appointment setter which is really good, but it kinda takes time to input appointments as opposed to a PDA. Good for Birthdays and less frequent important days. The Alarm Clock function also works very well and is great for traveling.
The SPHN200 has a weird way of inputting words called the T9 WORD. I still haven't figured out how to use it so I just go with the regular Alpha mode which is the traditional easy way of doing things. The battery has a long life which is always good and the charger is a base which I like much better then the common DC plug.
I have had the phone for a few years now, since its very first arrival into the market. Its given me absolutely no problems which is very impressive. Even the battery works perfectly well. Ive dropped the phone several times, even on hard pavement and it functions beautifully. This phone has honestly impressed me. I just wish I could download more ringers or something. Thats all.
