Why I am a Very Impressed Customer

I recently purchased a Canon Powershot G3 from onecall.com. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my purchase. The transaction could not have been any smoother. Here is a basic breakdown of my experience with them:
Website
Onecall.com is a very nice website. On the surface, they have a pretty typical site, but they have a feature in which they check all of their competitors prices for youand then beat them. I had already visited most of those competitors sites, but I thought it was a great touch. By each product, they clearly tell if it is in stock and when it can ship. I would give their website an A/A+
Selection
Well, their selection is rather limited. They had everything I was looking for, so I have no complaints. I would give them a B+/A- for selection.
Price
Honestly, that is why I selected this company over their competition. I was able to get the G3 from an authorized Canon dealer for at least $100 less than I could find it from any other authorized dealer. I looked into some accessories for the digital camera, but the accessory prices were just a little better than averagenot great. I would give an A- for price (although I definitely feel that the price I paid for the camera deserves an A+).
Ease of Ordering
Again, it was extremely easy. I had my camera ordered in under five minutes. They will only deliver to addresses that are listed on your credit card account. I had hopped to have the camera delivered to my office, but I decided that it would just be too complicated to call my bank and ask them to add another address to my account. I was pleased to see that they took such care. There was absolutely no pressure tactics for me to purchase accessories or anything elsethey didnt even try to sell me more than the one item I ordered. Overall, I would give them an A for the ease of ordering.
Customer Service
I read a few reviews online that complained of poor customer service, but I didnt find that at all. In fact, I would say the opposite is true. A couple hours after placing my order, their website said awaiting confirmation. I wasnt sure what that meant, so I decided to be proactive and call while I was away from the office (turns out that it just meant that they were waiting for my credit card company to approve the transaction). I spoke to a gentleman who was extremely polite and took care of me immediately. I was really caught off guard when after two rings the guy answered the phone Good morning Mr.____. Apparently, they have caller ID. My account was pulled up on his computer when he answered the phone. The entire phone call was just 45 seconds. No being put on hold, no waiting for him to pull up my accountjust quick answers. He really made me feel as if he cared. . . I was extremely impressed.
About two weeks after I had placed my order, I received a call from a gentleman in the customer service department. He called to ask how I was enjoying my new camera. He explained that customer satisfaction is their aim, and then he asked if there was any way that Onecall could better serve me. I told him that I couldn't be any happier with my camera and their service.
I would give my experience with customer service an A+.
Email Notification
They sent me an email notification when I ordered the camera, and another when it shipped (which included tracking information). I couldnt ask for anything moreA+.
Delivery Time
They promised delivery in three business days, and it came in two (Fed Ex express shipping was free). They shipped my camera in just under three business hours. I was incredibly pleased. I thought they did great here A+.
Condition of the Merchandise
Everything was in perfect condition. I could tell that they took great care in packaging the digital camera well (it was double boxed with plenty of foam). I give them a solid A.
Return Policy
This is the one aspect of the company that scares methey only allow for returns if the merchandise is defective. I decided to order from them because I felt that I would only return the camera if it was defectiveI knew what I wanted and I wasnt going to play games with returning it for no reason. I would, however, have felt safer if their return policy was a bit more lenient. C-.
Overall, my experience exceeded my already-high expectations in every way, and I would definitely recommend onecall.com.
