AT &T Wireless should be avoided at all costs. My problems so far:
1. I was paying by EFT via their website. One month, something went wrong with my payment. Rather than contact me and let me know there was a problem, they cut off my service. Then charged me to have it reactivated. I was told by customer service the reactivation fee would be refunded, but it never was.
2. I switched to Sprint in August 2002. I notified AT &T I was canceling my service with them. I continued to be billed for service after the cancelation. I emailed customer service - they told me they had no record of me canceling my account. I have subsequently written 4 emails, 2 letters, and made 3 phone calls to customer service. They have basically called me a liar, ignored the letters, said I never cancelled my account, and are threatening me with a collection agency.
