Very iffy service. You can get it cheaper elsewhere, no discount. Same price as cruise line, you can find cruises a lot less expensive on other on line sites. Weren't interested in pursuing discounts when fare drops occurred. Gave some cock and bull story about other agencies who discount "doing ti illeagally" when I brought it up, when all they are doing is cutting their own commission. I would not book with them again.
