The plastic piece that holds the speaks cracked, eventually both sides after I glued the one side. I have to say, I’ve been using these headphones for like 6 or 7 years EVERY DAY (since sometime in high school, I’m 26 now)! I used to fall asleep with them at night on my head, and now i use them to listen to music while at work. These are on my head so much, I’ve worn a mark in my hair.

How do they sound? Put it this way, I’ve been recording garage bands, working in project studios, and recorded live shows for years, and of all the headphones I’ve ever used, these are the best. I bring them to the studio's that I rent to use as a reference because I don’t like the ones that most places have.

When my pair broke a year ago, i glued them together. My brother liked them so much, he went to the store to get a set, but they only had the 950's, so he got those, and i have to say, I don’t like them as much as the 750's! This means that a newer model is not always better! The newer ones, sounds too swished... compared to the 750's which sound so open and true to what is played.

I've also noticed that you don’t have to turn your amp up much to get great sound from theses... they are very efficient! They can also handle VERY LOUD volumes, WITHOUT any distortion! It’s amazing, try these, you'll never go back to any other head phone! (I wont, I’m about to order my 2nd pair now online to replace my almost 6 or 7 year old set!)

Oh, by the way, they are bulky, but very light! IF you carry them around a lot, get a cloth pouch or something for them.
