Quality of Tech Support:
Pros:Great system for the bucks.
Cons:CPU and CD-RW drive are not covered by three year parts warranty.
The Bottom Line: If it doesn't break, it is an all in one wonder. If you like Las Vegas, you will love ABS.
For one year and three months, I was very happy with my ABS. It had the normal glitches and problems with setup, but nothing more than any other manufacturer. Then the factory installed CD-RW would not open, even with the paper clip "emergency hole." When I finally got through to ABS Tech Support, I was shocked when they told me that neither the CD-RW nor the CPU(!!) was covered by the three year parts warranty. This is not support; it is condolences. Another tech support problem is that they could not tell me which motherboard I had, nor what the latest BIOS drivers were. It seems that the attitude at ABS is, "Buy it and leave us alone."
