Pros: Nice people on the phone. Good prices.
Cons: slooowww service. lots of downtime. Poorly written help. Horrible control panel setup.

Even though all the people I've talked to have been nice, hosting with AIT has been a big long nightmare. Today my sites were down all day and I had to spend all day on the phone before the sites finally came back up. The control panel has had marginal functionality from the beginning. Their stats package barely works. The worst is the web page loading times for shared servers - the slowest I've ever experienced. The billing practices border on fraudulent too. I won't be surprised if I end up having to continue dealing with them for the next few months as I monitor my credit card for their "accidental" billing. They claim to be turning over a new leaf and standing up lots of new Dell servers with lower saturation. They make a big deal about the servers being from Dell. Big whoop. Not enough to consider using this host!
