First of all, let me assure you that my dogs are not spoiled...never....no way...well not spoiled rotten. I found this website through ebates--Great products and great prices!
The home page has different avenues to the shopping. There are 4 tabs(categories) listed at the top of the page, clickable links to areas down the side(including message boards) and a Table of Contents with the following
"chapters" as clickable links:
Closeouts
Books and Videos
Clothing(for you, not the dog)
Edibles
Equipment
gifts/cards
health/beauty
Toys
Underneath the general title is a clickable list of specific products, such as Equipment is broken into beds, metal crates, cabana crates, food bowls, etc. This makes it very easy to travel around the website.
The store specializes in organic/holistic approach to pets and food at good prices. My dogs have become addicted to Fish Skins--yes, FISH SKIN! The definition(that I did take off of the website) is:
"Elinora's Royal Natural Snack for dogs is made solely out of dried Icelandic fish skin. It is a pure natural product without any additives or preservatives. About 77% of the dry material is protein and the rest is mostly fiber. It is very healthy for dogs and especially beneficial for the dog's teeth and fur." Its made a difference on our dogs' coats, they are much fuller and shinier. They come in from their walk and sit right by the treat drawer, waiting for a fish skin.
The site also has human "stuff". I bought the family different shirts of German Wirehaired Pointers(our dogs--cannot find breed clothing very easily)-the fit is great and priced reasonably. There were 3 types of shirts available, T, sweat and long sleeved t-shirts. Other items availble are baseball caps and other shirts that are not breed specific. When I ordered, I only ordered 2 shirts( I wanted 3), I emailed them, explained what happened(I had a DUH moment) and they sent the 3rd shirt out without charging me extra shipping and handling!
And the shipping time is usually early and have never had any problem with how it arrives--always packed carefully. I've never had to wait for an order, its always earlier than expected and the shipping cost is not outlandish.
And...if you sign up for the newsletter, you receive at least one coupon per month to use at specific times. Kind of nice to receive an extra bit off when buying supplies.
There is also a 'community' feel to the site--there are message boards, polls and friendly advice, usually some comments from customers about the different products.
All in all its a very nice place to spend time at.
