I was politely provided product information via a toll free phone call to Kitchen Clique. I placed the on line order for the toaster oven on a Sunday, and received the delivery 2 days later with no shipping charges (for orders over $100.00). The toaster/oven/broiler has easy to follow instructions and performs well, however, the stainless steel finish can show fingerprints easier than the white. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this product and merchant.
