I was purchasing an expensive digital camera with a spare battery and extra memory cards and asked a lot of (probably annoying) questions beforehand. Etronics was a little slow replying to my emails, but all my questions did get answered. They sent me an email with UPS tracking info - which I didn't even need to use because the camera arrived so quickly! Good company with the lowest prices from an HONEST company. If you try to go cheaper you will be dealing with businesses who rip people off.
