The Bottom Line I like their products, most of them, but did not find the telephone service to be helpful at all.
I called Fisher Price a little while back regarding a recall on the hop skip jumper. I had ordered the repair kit and the message said it would be up to 6 weeks before I received it. After about 7 weeks I called to find out about the delay and they told told me there was nothing they could do and had no idea as to when it would be arriving. When I asked them if there was any way to just send me a coupon for some money off a new one so that my son could use it before he grew out of it they said they didn't make them anymore so I would just have to wait. I also told her about a problem that I was having with our swing and how it would sometimes be on but not moving at all. She told me in a less then sympathetic tone to wipe down the batteries. I just didn't find her very helpful and also did not like the fact that she had my name and number without asking me, obviously call display but what about my privacy or if i wasn't calling from my own residence? |
