I ordered a hard drive from them that clearly said free shipping. I come to find out later, that I was in fact charged shipping, and in response to wanting my order canceled they offered me a coupon to make up the difference. If they would have sent me a check for the difference I would have been ok with that. But now I plan on never ordering from them again, so any coupon, even if it was for 4 times the difference would be useless. Buyer beware!! Free shipping is not necessarily free shipping here!!!

Dear Customer,

The software that we used for the backend of the website missed that item to have free shipping. We already corrected that problem and we have already credit the shipping charge back to your account. We apologies for any inconvenience.
