I originally ordered a Yamaha F310 Acoustic Guitar Package from Musician's Friend after their website showed it to be in stock. After gong through the order process, I received an email confirmation stating the item was NOT is stock and that it would two weeks before they get it and another week before I'd receive it! I thought three weeks was crazy, so I canceled my order and called American Musical Supply. They were extremely helpful over the phone and assured me that the guitar was in stock. I placed my order and found out that the shipping was $6 LESS than what Musician's Friend was charging! Cool! Three business days later, the guitar package was delivered to my door. Excellent packaging! Excellent service! Outstanding prices! What else can you possibly want? I'll go back to American Musical Supply when I'm ready to purchase the Martin D15 I'm dreaming about.
