BUYER BEWARE!!! PURCHASED DEFECTIVE MOTHERBOARD AND SENT BACK. RMA SERVICE HORRIBLE. THEY STATED THE MOTHERBOARD WAS FINE AND THAT THEY HAD RAN TESTS ON IT. I AM A COMPUTER TECHNICIAN AND THIS IS FALSE. THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE THIS MOTHERBOARD WITHOUT A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE ALWAYS AND TELL EVERYONE TO SAVE THE HEARTACHE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. BUYER BEWARE!!! THEY IGNORED MY REQUESTS TO RESOLVE THIS RMA AFTER E-MAILS, PHONE CALLS, and more E-MAILS and PHONE CALLS. BUYER BEWARE!!!

You sent back components stating they are defective. We have to run tests on the components to make sure it is defective and the problem was not cause by other hardware in the computer. We tested the components to be in working order. We tested the components under load and it perform flawlessly. You stated the components would not post, but it post here and ran flawlessly under load. According to our company policy, non-defective components are subject to 15% restocking for exchanges.
