The Bottom Line There must be a better florist online that actually delivers or use a real world florist instead.

I ordered flowers for valentine's day 3 weeks in advance. I even asked the flowers to be delivered 2 days in advance of Valentine's. In anycase, Feb 12th comes and no flowers. Then Feb 13th... Finally Feb 14th and still NOTHING.
To make matters worse, FTD does not have online tracking for the order. You must manually e-mail FTD to find out if the flowers were delivered. However, because of the "crush" of valentine's day deliveries, FTD was not willing to take any customer service calls relating to deliveries, thus I had no one to get a hold of for accountablity.
Valentine's is one of the biggest occasions for a florist and FTD couldn't get it right. I can't understand why?
