charged my account and didn't deliver

I ordered wall paper from them, which was quite easy to do, they immediately charged my credit card and sent me a confirmation email. Ten days later I still hadn't received a tracking number or order status. I then contacted the company who said the wallpaper I ordered was no longer made by the manufacturer. They said I had to contact their customer service for a refund, I emailed them, still waiting to see how long it takes for the refund. I asked how come they still have discontinued products on line and how come they didn't tell me the product was discontinued. They blamed the manufacturer. I don't think they should have charged my credit card before they even checked into the order. I also wonder if they ever would have told me that the product was no longer available. On another note, Sherwin-Williams sells wallpaper(at least this kind) cheaper then they do. I would suggest using another company to order from.
