No Support From ECS. EMails not answered.

Pros:It works most the time.
Cons:BIOS settings lost. Date & time clock is slow. No support. EMails ignored.
The Bottom Line: Avoid ECS products. They have not answered my submissions to their online support page and do not provide a telephone number for support.
Sure it has a lot of features but what good is all that when there is a problem and ECS will not answer its online support! My K7S5A lost its BIOS settings 3 times and I had to reset them every time. The clock also keeps losing time. After searching unsuccessfully for a support telephone number, I used their online support page to ask for help. 3 Weeks later they still have not answered me. I sent another request for help a week ago. Still no answer.
You better know how to fix your own problems if you buy anything from ECS because they are not supporting me and they may not support you either!
I was finally able to correct the lost BIOS settings problem, without their help, (so far) by replacing the CMOS battery. Yes they manufactured a 3 month old motherboard with a bad CMOS battery. What kind of quality control do they have to let that happen?
If the mainboard had a serious problem, I do not know how to contact them since their support email is not answered and they have not provided a telephone number for support. I would not buy from them again because there is no support or way to contact them.
