expedia.com is shorter to type..why not use it..or any other for that matter. AVOID Travelocity!!!!!!!

I used to use this service, until last week. I fell for one of their "value price" tickets. When I called the airline to upgrade my ticket, I was told "Sorry, you are on a Travelocity ticket and you get no miles, no upgrades and we can't even help you with this reservation at all" Yes, the fine print did say that you don't get miles, but it didn't say that there were other restrictions. Apparently, they can contract whatever they want - like your Travelocity ticket doesn't get a meal, for example, when the "normal' tickets do. I went through 5 "service" reps (what a laugh) until I got to Steve Kaufman - Director of Operations. Steve told me that it doesn't really matter what the fine print says - no refunds, no exchanges. Period. This liar actually said to me that "it is totally impossible to ever refund this kind of ticket." Very sad.
