Customer service is horrible at Vision Direct. They did not completely fulfill my order AND they also separated my order into two shipments. I only ordered 10 boxes of the same prescription same brand contact lenses which cannot be more straightforward. As such, they had no reason to ship into two shipments and of course, there is no excuse for not fulfilling the entire order. When I called about it, they just shrug it off and told me that it was the risk I took in ordering online and I never got my final two boxes of contacts.
I normally buy my contact lenses from Costco Optical which is actually about $5 less per box (about 25% cheaper) than Vision Direct. My fault for not getting out of the house to go buy them.
Vision Direct does seem to evenly have either very good reviews or very poor reviews from other epinion members. Sounds like it is a crap shoot whether you will have a good experience with them or not. I wouldn't recommend taking that risk considering their prices aren't particularly competitive. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THEM.
