When I bought this computer I thought I was getting a good deal. Found out I was getting ripped off. Hard to upgrade, bad tech support, problem with hardware. Wouldn't even give this to a friend!! Games run choppy. CPU needs big open area or will get to hot and freeze and have to turn off and wait 5 to 10 min before you can turn it back on. Tried to call them at number received with package and that number was no longer in service. Didn't get the book that the Window's CD comes with that has the code on it. Very bad overall satisfaction with computer and company.
