My son got this for his Birthday I ordered it 5 weeks in advance cause of where I live I was scared it might take longer. I got it in a week then had to hide it somewhere. I am please with Walmart cause I can check it out before I buy it, and I don't have to have the hassle to leave my home unless I really have to. So no waiting in line, and no cashiers. The customer service is good I found nothing bad about it. The toy is great it is just to cute to see him get in it, and go. It's easy to put together almost all done except the wheels, and decals, also I think we had to attach the wheel. The battery does take a while to charge about 15 hours so best to charge it the night before. This is very easy for you a 1 year old. It's low enough for them to get in and out, it has a seat belt, it goes by pushing this big red button on the steering well. I think this is great for a toddler. Mine really enjoys his he rides it inside and out. It drives well on carpet, and has had no problems in grass. This is perfect for a 1 year old.
