Ordered Jackson guitar on "easy pay" plan, guitar showed signs of use so wanted to return for refund. Had trouble getting a return authorization number, finally got one after almost a week of steady calls to cust. service. Shipped guitar back along with an effects processor. They claimed they only authorized return of effects processor and refused to give refund, even though I had proof that I shipped the guitar back via UPS. Filed report with Better Business Bureau. This happened over a year ago and I recently noticed the AMS issue showed up on my credit report, so I am now going to have to contact an attorney and waste even more time and money just to deal with these ignorant con artists!
