Just bought a Minolta S414 digital camera. Ordered Fri. It was shipped on Monday and arrived on Wednesday. The shipment was well-packaged and complete in every respect. What I ordered was exactly what I received. The service was friendly and efficient.
I thought that a part was missing and called for a replacement. It was sent out the next day. After I found the 'missing' part that had slipped between layers of packing. Customer service was great. They simply agreed to put the part in the mail. I have since ordered a 2nd camera for my workplace from Digital Foto.
