Refurb, high s/h, bad, bad, bad!

I needed a camera asap and they had a great price on a printer so I went for it. Ordered online.
Had to "call and confirm." Seemed weird, I mean what's the point of online ordering if you have to call anyway?
When I called I get "Tom" who gives me a pitch for about a zillion other things, very fast and confusing, one of them was an ink set for $900 (it was only a mediocre printer).
I politely declined each offer, only to be asked if I wanted yet another. I did not expect the confirm call to take over 40 minutes!
I opted for the 2 day air, which was an exorbitant amount but I needed it fast. By now my cab was on the clock.
I had to call back.
I got "Tony" who said I had to talk to "Tom" whom I asked not to talk to. So I was placed on hold, 20 minutes later I get...TOM. He went through the order and proceeded to give me the offers AGAIN. At the end he told me the printer was out of stock! He was going to sell me all the ink for a printer out of stock! I'm thinking it's only sold low to the ones buying the ink. Anyway, this is when he inform me of the 4% insurance charge and that the camera is refurbished and that the 2 day isn't necessarily when it arrives but after a VERY VAGUE "processing time."
