This is about turbo tax for the web and yes I know this isn't exact spot.
I did my 18 year old daughter's taxes as she only worked part time and I thought it would be easy. I told her I was using her for a testing dummy. Well the site had a couple cliches and It didn't ask enough questions. I decided since I couldn't print her return off that I would file it on the net. They said to come back in twenty-four hours to see if it was accepted. I did and they said was a done deal. I being a nervous sort wanted to ask if the state was accepted and when I tried to ask question or get help,I found out you are on your own. They list most often asked questions.and if yours isn't there then you are in trouble. Trying to get personal help is impossible.

I took my son and my taxes to a professional after trying to do my taxes for two hours on the site. I admit that I am no computer whiz or tax whiz. You had better be one or the other if try to do anything besides the simplest taxes on the turbo tax for the web. I am still wondering if I did her's right or if it was submitted to the state and that is not good.
