Pros: nice looking webcam with a "Brand" to back it up
Cons: poor image quality even if the size is 640x480 pixels
The Bottom Line: Boycott Logitech for making such a product.

| naid's Full Review: Logitech Quickcam Express Internet Webcam |
This webcam is looks nice and easy to setup and install. The manual and setup program guides you to easily set up the webcam. The software included in the webcam is pretty descent, everything is laid out on the user interface which is very user friendly. However, the quality of this webcam is not great even if it reaches 640 by 480 pixels(its maximum size). The problem is in the webcam itself. The image is too grainy (like watching the videotape of Sadako from the movie "Ringu")and has many annoying lines. Sometimes good lighting helps but the grains and the lines do not disappear. This is the low-end webcam of Logitech but webcams of other brands are better with similar price ($30 or less). Webcams from Creative and DLink are better, they are of the same price but the software is not that user-friendly. But there is no problem if you plan to use other software for the webcam. This webcam from logitech is good only on the software side but not on the product itself. I wouldn't even rank it! My recommendation is avoid it or go for the high-end Logitech Webcams. This is definitely not a good choice for buying a webcam.
