Welcome to Epinions, I hope you enjoy your time on the site. I'm sorry you had such a bad experience with this webcam.
It is fine to write negative reviews, but details about the product are still needed to help the consumer make an informed decision. How easy was it to set up, is there any software included, can you take still pictures as well as video with this, what is the resolution, what are the system requirements, etc.
It may be helpful to read some of the webcam reviews that are rated Very Helpful to get an idea of what goes into them to get the higher ratings. You don't have to change your product rating or opinion, just add more details about the product.
