The Sides Eventually Break . . . (Reply to this comment)
by dlstewart, in Home and Garden
Hi! I've owned two of these laundry baskets, and on each one the sides cracked and broke. I used the baskets for carrying typical dry laundry loads (clothes, towels, sheets). Now I use a square basket rather than a rectangular one. It doesn't carry as much, but it's lasted me years!
Wishing you a great day,
Dawn

Oh, yeah . . . (Reply to this comment)

the collapsability of this model is a detriment, which I found out in college when lugging huge loads of laundry back and forth from the laundry room that was three floors away.
But, using it as an open hamper or catch all in my laundry room, it's great, cheap and actually a good thing that it's flexible -- I need a basket that will fit between the dryer and the wall and this one is flexible enough to fit!
Great job on this one.
