I purchased this "home theater system" as they called it over two years ago. Had a sony theater system before hand that I had great luck with and had awesome sound, so I knew I wanted another Sony system.

What drew me to this system was the five-piece speaker set, a must for theater sound and the audio files to choose from...rock, pop, dance, action, racing, romantic for example. Plus, you can custom five audio files for your preferences. Of course, has the Pro-Logic where you can customize the front, rear, and center speakers for varied audio volumes.

Also has DVD 5.1 audio jacks, MD jacks, and other componants that are nice to add the theater sound to.

Has a feature where, with some CDs, will display the song titles on the screen of the stereo.
