Pros: Very nice looking phone.
Great Lotus Notes synchronization
Multi-task
Cons: Not enough accessories
Poor Documentation
The Bottom Line: This is a new phone. Soon there should be more accessories (like bluetooth headsets) available. The most valuable feature is the integration with your office suite (Lotus or outlook)

I tried two different bluetooth headsets. None worked. I understand that bluetooth is only the transport layer and that the headset must also be compatible with the phone. However it forces you to buy the nokia bluetooth headset with is, of course, more expensive. The documentation wasn't very helpful. Took me a long time to find out what I needed in order to fix the connectivity problem with the PC.
Once I got the dificulties out of the way, the phone demonstrated to be fantastic. First of all I replaced the 16Mb memory card that comes with the phone, by a 128Mb! ($42 retail price). Second I syncronized the contact list from my Lotus Notes database. This is GREAT because it saves me the pain of entering all my contacts and phone numbers thru the phone keypad!!
I used the camera to take a picture and send it to a friend on my contact list without having to enter the email address on the keypad! Camera pic quality isn't the best, but I didn't expect much anyway.
I'm a little disappointed with the ringing of the phone. Although I have it on maximum volume, I cannot hear it when I'm outdoors or in my car.
