Pros:Light, Easy to use, good sound quality
Cons:Tiny screen, no WAP/web, limited battery life
The Bottom Line: Overall, a great phone, but it doesn't do anything. Look at the new Ericsson R380 for a combined PDA/Cell. Otherwise, the T28 is a great choice.

I'm extremely happy with this phone. The small size is key for me, since I also have a wallet w/PalmV and a large set of keys. I feel the flip style gives me slightly better sound quality, since it places the mic closer to my mouth. People on the other end usually don't know I'm talking on a cell, and sometimes they complain when I talk on my cordless, not on my cell, because the sound quality of the Ericsson is better. Pretty amazing, considering my cordless costs almost as much, is 10x the size, 10x the weight, and has a range of 100 feet.

As for SMS/WAP capabilities, the phone has SMS, but reading or writing messages is an exercise in futility, since the screen is tiny and the keys are rather small as well.

But really, a person buys this phone because it looks cool and its light, sleek, etc. It fits all those criteria perfectly. I love the feel of the phone, both in weight and materials, including the stubby antenna(which is a good grip).
