I read the reviews that are posted after I had already purchased from them. If I had seen them before I may not have used them, however, I'm glad I took the gamble and used them. I shopped everywhere on the internet for the best pricing and package I could find. I went to ebay and saw this company listing the Panasonic LV70 DVD player for $469 with a carrying case. I called the company to verify the product info and that it was BRAND NEW, and they said it was. I asked if I could purchase it direct online or if I had to go through bidding and wait, and they said I could buy it direct for the starting price listed on ebay, and that I would only pay for shipping. Shipping costs were reasonable, and my total was $504 for the player, case and 2nd day air. Odd though, cuz on the phone he said it was 469 for player and case, and $35 for shipping. When player arrived, the billing said 469 for player, 30 for case and 5 for shipping. End price was same, so I didn't care. Received product on time, in excellent condition and no hassles at all. Service was more than fair and I received no hard sells on any extras, and the representative was really nice and patient and answered all my questions about product. I guess I lucked out! Circuit City only had the smaller player (LV50) there for the same price as I paid for the larger 7" model and I got the case for free! What a great deal!
