We bought our combination Washer/Dryer about ten years ago and we have really enjoyed it. At the time we had a very small mobile home and it was just what we needed. We have since built a home and continue to use it. I have back problems and the high dryer is much easier to empty than the lower kind. The utility light burned out the first week that we had it. I had it repaired years later when the repairman came to replace some filters, but it burned out within a day. I don't know if this is a problem with all of them or just mine. The only other complaint that I have is that if the machine is not perfectly level the door of the dryer will slowly close while you are getting the wet laundry out. When you straighten up, wham! I have done that many times. Other than those two things, I have no complaints about the washer. I had to have the repairman come out a couple of times but that was because we had a new well with lots of trash in the water and that caused some problems. That was not the problem of the machine though.
