Great Customer Service....Refreshing!

Great customer service and customer care! The best customer service I've experienced in years. Shipments arrive fast and are accurate.
K-Mart's Online web site is very easy to navigate. I was easily able to navigate the site to find items we needed, such as sheets, a hand-vac, silverware (as we were always running out of teaspoons), and some Vellux blankets to dress up the beds with the new sheets, somewhat.
Everthing was very easy to find, and their secure online shopping cart was very easy to navigate and enter in the shipping and payment details.
While the delivery was what you'd expect, fast with the items packed securely, and everything arrives intact, some pieces of the silverware set were damaged. The box arrived in perfect condition. I believe some of the rough edged silverware was not finished properly at the factory. And there was a dark spot on a spoon, already. Anyway, since the manufacturer, Tramontina, USA, Incorporated's customer care (ha!) representative made it difficult to obtain replacement pieces, they also made it difficult for the K-Mart's representative. So K-Mart credited us for the full purchase price of the silverware set, and, let us keep it!!! Now that's superior customer care!!! (I was ready to ship the whole set back to them, in disgust! The rough edges on a fork and a couple of spoons could hurt one's mouth.)
To sum up, despite some dissapointing merchandise received, K-mart's customer service department came through and proved to me that they really care about their customers and I for one, will definitely shop with them again in the future.

The Martha Stewart sheets and Vellux blankets are still like new, it's been a year or more since we bought them! However, I would like to wash a sheet in "Hot" water, rather than "Cold" water, as the Martha Stewart Care label on the sheets states.
