Some clarification would help readers get a feel if you could expand on this to include the exact experience you had using the website.
I cannot tell if you have since you mention calling them and customer service.
Was the initial order placed online, did you get confirmation and tracking through email, what is the shipping option and is it based on weight or price?
Since the heading is online as the site does not have a section for general customer service it would be beneficial to future customers to know what the level of service is like through the website.
