They make up for the great prices buy sending wrong parts!

I ordered a video camera because of their low prices on the web. The salesguy pressured me to buy accessories, but we quickly agreed on things that I had wanted anyway. I was tight on time so he promised to ship the next day (Fri). Instead they shipped Mon night! The package arrived Wed afternoon. That's when the fun started.
Most of the things were as ordered but they switched the video light for a MUCH cheaper model. The cheapo model doesn't even appear on their website. The receipt said that returns MUST be made within 7 days and you MUST have an "RMA" number from customer service. Good luck getting through to customer service.
I am going to give them a chance to get this right (and will post a follow up if they do), but so far I am not impressed.
Update:
Joseph (the guy who opens the returns) said they would refund the full price of the missing item within 10 days. After 3 weeks, still no refund. I called my credit card company (CitiBank) to complain and THEY got me the refund. I love CitiBank!
In the end I did get a good deal, but I'm not sure if it was worth the headache.
