I wanted to return my item, it hadn't even been opened but it was subject to a nearly 20% re-stocking fee. Their customer service is via C-Liason and it is very difficult to find any phone numbers to contact a real person. They're cheaper, but there's a reason. Better be real sure that what your buying is what you want!
