Well, of course. What would you expect from a 'first time Palm user' as I stated in the title of the review? I don't have any idea what's standard on these things or what is unique to the Tungsten since this is the first one I've used!
I'm sure there are plenty of people that want to know what a good Palm unit would be for them if they've never used one. That approach is what I took in writing this review, basically stating that most new users won't use the bells and whistles included here and can save some coin by picking up a less fancy model.
