I personally have not been involved with eDiets, but was looking for reviews to make a decision. The problem is it depends on how your diabetes works and what the your doctor personally recommends. Some diabetics can only control their diabetes by low carbohydrate diets, but this is generally seen as a last effort to control it. You should not have been put on it initially- your doctor probably recommends it over others. So the diabetic plan that eDiets has may not necessarily be bad, just it's not the last-ditch effort of a low-carb diet. For most diabetics who can control their diabetes through other diet means, it probably works fine.
