I have been member for several years. I had racked up points enough for several gift certificates. I filled the requests months ago (5 months to be exact) and have yet to recieve anything. Everytime I email them I get a letter saying please wait 8 to 10 weeks. 5 months is 20 weeks, yet I get the same lame letter. They have not sent me anything, nor do I feel that I ever will. Stay away from them!!
Here is there most recent response to why they haven't sent me anything.....

Thank you for your email. We thought we’d have our new order in by now
- but we are still waiting for delivery of those first gift
certificates. Everything seems to be a bit backed up, and we thank you for your
patience. I checked our records and you are on the list to receive that
gift card when they get here.
I have also filled your most recent prize request and it will be
processed and mailed to you within four weeks. Thank you for your patience!
