I bought this phone to replace my aging Nokia 6360 but returned it after finding limited phone/PDA integration. I knew I was in trouble when I had an alarm in my datebook go off reminding me to call in for a conference call - Guess what? You can't have it dial a number in an appt! It has to be an address book entry or be manually dialed! That made me mad but I went ahead and switched to phone mode and started dialing the number from the datebook alarm, I could not remember all of it so I switched back to datebook to look at the number and when I switch back to the phone it cleared what I had alreay dialed so I had to reenter all of it at once!! Do they test this stuff? Speakerphone is nice but not loud enough to work in car while driving so that did me in also. Bought Intellisync for Notes 5 and it would never work properly.
