When I first logged on, I was presented with many options: Home, Small Business, Large Business and so on. I chose 'Home' and proceeded to select 'Laptops'. At the next screen, I chose 'Inspiron 1100' and clicked 'configure'. From there on, all I did was select what features (processor, RAM, Hard Drive size etc.) and then clicked 'Order'. The process was fast, and Dell offers help on each step to make you choose the option best for you. The order confirmation number was sent to me within seconds, and it was built within two days.
