Tower.com has what I consider to be the worst "customer care" of any e-business I've dealt with. They don't respond to calls made to their "customer care" line. They take up to 3 weeks to answer their e-mails, if they answer at all.

You can email one of the CL's and have them add anything that isn't in the database - so I do expect to see a few more new reviews from you in the very near future.
