Say it isn't so...but wait, I dealt with a Jeff during my fiasco in September 2003. Either they 1) got a replacement Jeff who was just as much of a pleasure to deal with, 2) they never fired Jeff, or 3) they are just reusing the name Jeff.

Your review contained some helpful information, I know I try to avoid any company with high pressure sales tactics and they sound like they are a company like that.
However, I would have liked more information about the company itself. Like what do they sell, how are there prices, what are there promises, etc...
