Ease of Ordering:
I ordered a very expensive software online. Day after I found out that it sells for an average of $20 less. I called & ask about price match. At first they said "o.k. $20 store credit". I called back 2 days later to use store credit they told me "sorry, we only gave you $10 store credit". I asked for explanation, they said they found out LATER that they didn't have to price match software but since they did ALREADY say they would give me credit they changed it to "$10 store credit only". I told them I no longer want to place the (second) order and I would like my credit card credited the $10. They said it would be done-WAS NOT DONE. All in all, product (manufacturing packing) and shipping (I found out is a separate service) was very good. Customer Service was very bad. Because of the many emails I thought they would have a good deal, but wasn't. Shipping minimum charge was even $9.85, no matter how light and charges go up, and because shipping wasn't refundable I accepted the order when delivered (or I would have been out of $9.85). Because packaging and shipping was very good you can expect delivery on time, and I would suggest placing order online so you can print out hard copy of your order. Verbal's doesn't seem to hold much here.
What product did you purchase or try to purchase? Software
