Don't buy it you expect good service

I purchased the TV around January 18, 2003. It stopped working on March 29, 2003. They needed to order a part. I kept calling about the part and the service company could not get a ship date, RCA would not provide a ship date for the part. Finally, I got a ship date of April 30, 2003. On that day I got a call. RCA had told the service company the ship date has been moved out 1 month. They finally agreed to take the TV back and allow me to get a different one. It won't be a RCA brand.

Until this happened, I was very happy with the product. It was nice have the built in DVD player, the sound and the picture was good. The size was right for my family room.
